Our methodology is a collaborative journey, integrating adaptive leadership and cognitive coaching principles. This hands-on and dynamic learning experience is designed to develop leadership and collaboration skills. We aim to foster a holistic approach that addresses the team’s adaptive challenges and individual team members’ development. During the training and intervention, we design activities that encourage teams to actively participate and contribute, making them feel included and part of the process.
