Our approach

Our methodology is a collaborative journey, integrating adaptive leadership and cognitive coaching principles. This hands-on and dynamic learning experience is designed to develop leadership and collaboration skills. We aim to foster a holistic approach that addresses the team’s adaptive challenges and individual team members’ development. During the training and intervention, we design activities that encourage teams to actively participate and contribute, making them feel included and part of the process.

Maria Claudia Liller

With over 20 years of professional experience in international organizations, specializing in knowledge management, coordination, and leadership of multicultural teams, I offer a solid background in supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through transformative processes. My expertise lies in promoting inclusion and addressing innovative and sustainable change while supporting leaders and team members to achieve their purpose and become more efficient and resourceful.

Jonathan Condo

With a wealth of experience in education, I am dedicated to integrating my expertise into coaching and creating engaging group experiences. As a learning facilitator, my goal is to offer diverse resources to individuals and organizations, empowering them to become better leaders and improve their professional relationships. I am committed to active listening and collaboration to ensure that our time together sparks meaningful change. I firmly believe that my effectiveness as a facilitator comes from tapping into the collective wisdom of the individuals and groups I work with, rather than just relying on my own knowledge.
